My Approach

I believe that much of what brings us to therapy has a story — and beneath our concerns are often deeply rooted beliefs about who we are, what we need, and what we’ve learned to expect from others.

I’m interested in understanding these deeper patterns — the ways we’ve learned to protect ourselves and what may have once helped us navigate life but no longer feels sustainable.

Rather than simply trying to eliminate these patterns, it can be more meaningful to understand what they protect, what they make possible, and whether they still serve us today.

My work is primarily relational and psychodynamic, with Internal Family Systems (IFS) woven in when helpful. Together, we explore what lies beneath the surface, creating space for greater self-understanding, choice, and self-trust.

My hope is that therapy helps you develop a deeper sense of who you are and the freedom to build a life that feels genuinely your own.
