About me
Katherine Stephans is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, who specializes in anxiety, eating disorders, and relationships.
Katherine’s approach is primarily relational and psychodynamic, grounded in the belief that our relationships and early experiences shape how we understand ourselves and connect with others. She offers a warm, collaborative space to explore patterns and emotions, fostering greater insight, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
Katherine is also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which she incorporates to help clients develop a deeper, more compassionate understanding of their inner worlds.
With over a decade of professional experience spanning finance, nonprofit, and startup tech industries, she brings a refreshingly non-linear perspective to her therapeutic practice.
